01Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Asana products and features, with an emphasis on features for billing owners
02Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, build and ship solutions
03Champion product excellence. Elevate the quality bar for our experience and shape our payment design system
04Work across the organization to ship experiences that are cohesive with the broader Asana product experience, ensuring your design scales
05Facilitate and role model human-centered problem solving. Foster co-creation across the organization
06Learn new methods to solve deeply complex problems in the service of inventing new ways to deliver our customer benefits: flow, efficiency, engagement, and retention
07Help shape a product that is intuitive and elegant, which speaks from a unified voice

013+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong thinking, craft, and iteration across onboarding, growth, or AI-powered product experiences
02Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making
03Strong prototyping skills and a maker mindset. You use prototypes regularly to explore ideas, test concepts, and drive collaboration
04Excited by highly collaborative product development and comfortable working closely with PMs and engineers throughout ideation and iteration
05Comfortable navigating ambiguity, moving quickly, and balancing incremental optimization work with longer-term product exploration
06Exceptional visual and interaction design craft, with the ability to create polished, intuitive, and high-quality product experiences across every stage of the user journey
