- 01Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs that advance Asana's agentic work management capabilities
- 02Build and own product engineering delivery plans, timelines, and dependencies
- 03Create visibility, clarity, and drive delivery by managing program governance, identifying risks, coordinating resources
- 04Communicate updates effectively to teams and stakeholders on program health
- 05Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and streamlining processes

- 02Brings 8+ years leading technical programs in enterprise software and B2B SaaS
- 03Demonstrates excellent collaboration and communication skills
- 04Is outcome-driven, comfortable working with ambiguity
- 05Shows AI fluency with a track record of learning and applying emerging technologies quickly
- 06Possesses the ability to leverage data and AI-powered tools to drive alignment and decision-making
- 07Has experience with project management and collaboration software and tools
Условия
- 01Role is based in Vancouver or New York office with office-centric hybrid schedule
- 02Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
- 03Most Asanas have option to work from home on Wednesdays
- 04Estimated base salary range between $132,000 - $150,000 CAD
