Обязанности
- 01Own the design and frontend implementation of the Baseten marketing site
- 02Ship landing pages, product pages, launches, and campaigns from concept through production
- 03Improve the site continuously, finding and acting on opportunities to make it better rather than waiting for a redesign cycle
- 04Partner with growth and product marketing to test messaging, layouts, and conversion improvements without sacrificing craft
- 05Build polished interactions, motion, and details that make the site feel distinctly Baseten
- 06Build and evolve the components, patterns, and design systems that let the team move quickly without lowering the bar
- 07Turn complex technical products into clear, compelling web experiences
- 08Prototype ambitious interactive and experimental ideas when a launch calls for it
- 09Make it dramatically easier for the brand and marketing teams to get great work onto the internet
- 10Set the bar for web design and frontend craft across the company
Требования
- 01Fluency in modern frontend development: React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript
- 02Ability to move from Figma into code and own the final result in production
- 03Deep attention to typography, layout, interaction, motion, and responsiveness
- 04Systems thinking, with a track record of building reusable components and patterns instead of solving every page from scratch
- 05Comfort experimenting, iterating, and using data to make a site more effective without turning it into a growth hack
- 06Interest in technical products and the ability to make complex ideas feel clear without flattening them
- 07Strong opinions about the web, and the ability to articulate why something works and why it doesn't
