Обязанности
- 01Provide technical leadership for architecture and help teams build secure, scalable, reliable systems
- 02Lead the team to deliver on multiple projects in collaboration with key stakeholders
- 03Build an operational center of excellence with effective observability and focus on quality
- 04Partner with Sr. EMs and product leaders to prioritize work and create balanced roadmap
- 05Work closely with senior leadership to drive org design and execute roadmap
- 06Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals and drive engineering initiatives
- 07Mentor senior engineers and help grow next level of engineering leadership
Требования
- 01Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- 02Strong experience with identity management standards (SAML, SCIM, SSO, oAuth, FIDO)
- 0310+ years hands-on coding experience with common programming languages
- 0410+ years engineering experience building end-to-end back end services
- 05Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects with business impact
- 06Exceptional problem solving, design, and analytical skills
- 07Demonstrated experience designing highly scalable systems
- 08Bias for action
