Обязанности
- 01Lead a senior team of experienced engineers, managing coaching and growth
- 02Hire deliberately and set a clear technical bar as the team expands
- 03Set explicit goals, give direct feedback, and keep team work visible to the organization
- 04Reduce single-owner concentration by spreading context across the team
- 05Land work that crosses team boundaries by securing commitments and unblocking reviews
- 06Define clear contracts (seams) between the API Catalog and its dependencies
- 07Own technical direction: drive architecture across ingestion, federation, service model, reporting and deployment layers with correctness, multi-tenant isolation and cost-per-tenant constraints
- 08Establish quality bar for reporting accuracy and build measurement to verify compliance
- 09Treat on-prem and self-managed deployments as first‑class variants of every connector
- 10Uphold engineering fundamentals: design review, testing, safe staged rollout, instrumentation
- 11Own the API Catalog engineering roadmap, balancing enterprise commitments, connector breadth and technical debt
- 12Break large initiatives into incremental milestones for iterative delivery
- 13Own production reliability and support burden, managing recurring incidents
Требования
- 01Proven experience managing and growing senior engineering teams
- 02Deep understanding of the API lifecycle and service discovery mechanisms
- 03Experience with cloud and self‑hosted repository providers (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)
- 04Background working with cloud API gateways and Kubernetes clusters
- 05Experience implementing gateway federation and multi‑gateway environments
- 06Hands‑on experience with event‑driven technologies, especially Kafka
- 07Strong background in distributed systems, multi‑tenant architecture and observability
- 08Experience defining technical direction and driving architecture decisions
- 09Ability to influence and collaborate across teams without direct authority
- 10Track record of hiring, coaching and retaining high‑performing engineers
- 11Experience with CI/CD pipelines, test automation and specification linting (OpenAPI/Swagger)
- 12Familiarity with on‑prem and cloud deployment models and associated operational practices
- 13Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
