Обязанности
- 01Unblock customers facing technical challenges
- 02Identify patterns and build scalable solutions
- 03Partner with Customer Success Managers to understand business objectives
- 04Translate business objectives into technical implementation paths
- 05Build reusable technical collateral such as guides, templates, and scripts
- 06Capture customer challenges and provide feedback to the product team
- 07Design pragmatic solutions when product functionality is insufficient
Требования
- 016-8+ years in a technical customer-facing role
- 02Strong foundation in Computer Science or Engineering
- 03Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, or TypeScript
- 04Deep understanding of APIs, developer workflows, and DevOps practices
- 05Proven ability to scope and deliver working solutions quickly
- 06Experience building technical collateral that scales
- 07Comfort engaging with both individual developers and enterprise architects
- 08Familiarity with Postman and the broader developer toolchain (GitHub, AWS, Azure, etc.)

- 01Base salary range: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00
