Обязанности
- 01Partner with Account Executives on account and opportunity strategy for our most strategic and complex customers
- 02Influence stakeholders across Sales, Product, and Engineering to unblock deals and resolve misalignment
- 03Act as a trusted technical advisor, mapping DeepL's Language AI platform to customer business goals and integration needs
- 04Lead technical discovery, and design and deliver highly tailored demos, presentations, prototypes, POCs, and proof-of-value engagements across the full platform
- 05Provide expert guidance throughout complex sales cycles on APIs, SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), real-time streaming, and enterprise security and compliance requirements
- 06Create and drive adoption of scalable frameworks and assets that raise the wider team's performance
- 07Lead retrospectives on both won and lost opportunities
- 08Act as a go-to advisor and mentor for other Solutions Consultants
- 09Act as a thought leader with customers, speaking confidently about industry trends, customer stories, and how other organisations have implemented DeepL
Требования
- 01Native-level Japanese and business-level English are required
- 027+ years of client-facing technical experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or Pre-Sales
- 03Experience ideally in enterprise SaaS, AI, CCaaS, language technology, or a comparable environment
