01Manage and coach an engineering team building high-scale configuration distribution and service coordination systems
02Align strategy across stakeholders and translate customer needs into a realistic roadmap for mission-critical infrastructure
03Drive efficient execution, mitigate risks autonomously, and empower direct reports to lead
04Foster an inclusive and collaborative team environment

06Drive best practices in CI/CD, feature flags, and configuration management
07Use AI to accelerate planning, technical exploration, and decision-making across the team drafting strategy docs, comparing architectural approaches, and synthesizing research faster while applying judgment and verification to ensure correctness and quality
08Use AI to automate repeatable management tasks like status reporting, document synthesis, and review workflows, freeing the team to focus on higher-leverage work

017+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in infrastructure
021+ years of engineering management experience
03Experience leading teams focused on improving developer experience through infrastructure
04A thoughtful leader who values efficiency and consistently delivers on expectations
05Strong written and verbal communication skills
06Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
07Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in day-to-day work for relevant outputs
08Strong track record of critically evaluating and verifying AI-assisted work through testing, review, or other quality controls

01This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times/quarter and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country
