Обязанности
- 01Be the technical point of contact for decisions that impact the whole iOS platform and for cross-functional partners like recruiting, business development and legal
- 02Develop strong partnerships with product teams to understand and proactively address future technology needs and current developer pain points
- 03Champion and drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that improve the iOS platform
- 04Leverage AI to accelerate delivery and increase overall efficiency of large scale migrations and refactoring initiatives while remaining accountable for final decisions and deliverables
- 05Act as the ultimate “customer representative” for engineers on iOS including representing needs to leadership and prioritizing projects on the platform teams that ensure high quality features and a world-class developer experience
- 06Scale your leadership through both direct mentorship and via best practices, processes, training and tools
- 07Ensure solid technical plans are in place for projects within iOS via direct review or delegation

- 01Deep expertise building iOS systems at scale with modern frameworks
- 02Knowledge of (and a passion for) current trends and best practices in client architecture
- 03Track record of delivering large, cross-functional projects across multiple organizations
- 04Track record for being a champion of developer velocity and feature quality
- 05Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- 06Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in your day-to-day workflow for relevant outputs
- 07Demonstrated ability of critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work (e.g., testing, source-checking, data validation, peer review)
- 08Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience

- 01This position is not eligible for relocation assistance
- 02This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times every 6-months and therefore can be situated anywhere in the country
- 03The position is also eligible for equity
- 04Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise
- 05US based applicants only $118,938 — $244,872 USD
