Обязанности
- 01Lead the regional data center delivery portfolio, setting culture and approach across sites
- 02Hire, develop, and lead the team of Senior Delivery Managers and third-party partners
- 03Own portfolio execution for the region including schedule, quality, and safety outcomes against milestones
- 04Select, scope, contract, and manage owner's-rep and project-management partners
- 05Set and enforce delivery standards across projects (schedule, quality, change control, reporting, tools)
- 06Identify and clear blockers early across developer, GC, and trade layers
- 07Step in on site where a project needs direct intervention
Требования
- 0110+ years delivering data center or other mission-critical construction, including several as the owner's or GC's senior leader
- 02Experience leading a multi-project portfolio and building the team that delivered it
- 03Knowledge of the end-to-end development process (entitlements, permitting, design, equipment, construction, commissioning, handover)
- 04Experience managing developer, GC, and third-party relationships at the executive level
- 05Ability to lead through presence and set the pace and culture of extended teams
- 06Clear communication with technical and non-specialist stakeholders
- 07Comfort with ambiguity and owning outcomes where no process exists
