Обязанности
- 01Lead the region's data center projects to floor access as fast as they can safely be built
- 02Hire, develop, empower, and lead the Senior Delivery Managers on sites
- 03Own portfolio execution for the region — schedule, quality, and safety outcomes on every active project
- 04Select, scope, contract, and manage owner's-rep and project-management partners
- 05Set and enforce delivery standards across projects — integrated schedule, quality requirements, change control, reporting, and tools
- 06Identify blockers early and clear them across developer, GC, and trade layers
- 07Step in on site where a project needs it
Требования
- 0110+ years delivering data center or other mission-critical construction, including several as the owner's or GC's senior leader on a project campus
- 02Led a multi-project portfolio and built the team that delivered it
- 03Know the end-to-end development process — entitlements and permitting, design, long-lead equipment, construction, commissioning, and handover — well enough to direct partners
- 04Managed developer, GC, and third-party relationships at the executive level
- 05Lead through presence: expect to be on site most of the time
- 06Communicate clearly with technical and non-specialist stakeholders and hold a position when challenged
- 07Comfortable with ambiguity and with owning outcomes where no process exists yet
- 08Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
- 09Field of study relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
