Обязанности
- 01Lead the regional portfolio of data center projects from deal close through floor access and operational handover
- 02Hire, develop, empower, and lead the team of Senior Delivery Managers
- 03Own portfolio execution for the region including schedule, quality, and safety outcomes
- 04Select, scope, contract, and manage owner's-rep and project-management partners
- 05Set and enforce delivery standards across projects (schedule, quality, change control, reporting)
- 06Identify blockers early and clear them across developer, GC, and trade layers
- 07Be on site to shape culture, approach, and aggressiveness of extended teams
Требования
- 0110+ years delivering data center or other mission-critical construction
- 02Experience as the owner's or GC's senior leader on a project campus
- 03Led a multi-project portfolio and built the team that delivered it
- 04Know the end-to-end development process (entitlements, permitting, design, construction, commissioning)
- 05Managed developer, GC, and third-party relationships at the executive level
- 06Lead through presence and expect to be on site most of the time
- 07Communicate clearly with technical and non-specialist stakeholders
- 08Comfortable with ambiguity and owning outcomes where no process exists
