Обязанности

01Own revenue and opex models that set goals and measure business performance.
02Build the next-generation StratFin team: develop AI-powered workflows, automated analyses, and intelligence systems that redefine what a strategic finance team can do.
03Assess and define existing and potential future strategic priorities; quantitatively validate and drive influence toward highest revenue impact and ROI initiatives.
04Proactively deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that inform go-to-market tactics, product features and experiments, budget allocations, Board of Directors / investor materials, and other cross-functional roadmaps.
05Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Sales, Product, Finance, Corporate Development, and more.
06Contribute to long-range, annual, and quarterly planning processes, including the strategic plan that positions the company to accomplish its goals.

014+ years of experience.
02Foundational experience in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance/business operations is preferred.
03Experience with consumption-based business models is a meaningful plus.
04Proven track record of driving business outcomes through data analytics and financial insights.
05Built something with AI—a model, a workflow, an automated analysis; eager to do more of it and see AI as a core part of how great finance teams will operate.
06Expert-level modeling ability, translating complex business drivers into clear frameworks.
07Experience with Adaptive, Claude, Lovable, Salesforce, BI tools (e.g., Omni), and SQL.
08Identify problems before they're handed to you and thrive when the answer isn't obvious.
09A-player mindset with strong bias for action: raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.
