Обязанности
- 01Serve as the lead strategic finance partner to executives across GTM teams
- 02Build trusted relationships as a go-to thought partner on key decisions
- 03Develop AI-powered workflows, automated analyses, and intelligence systems
- 04Assess current and future strategic priorities
- 05Quantitatively validate and advocate for the highest-ROI initiatives
- 06Proactively deliver data-driven recommendations to inform go-to-market tactics
- 07Build frameworks for evaluating sales efficiency and productivity
- 08Partner with Data Analytics to develop predictive and automated reporting
- 09Own a significant portion of long-range and annual planning processes
- 10Develop and grow a high-performing analyst
Требования
- 018+ years of progressive experience
- 024+ years covering sales
- 03Foundational experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting preferred
- 04Experience with consumption-based business models is a meaningful plus
- 05Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through financial analysis
- 06Demonstrated success driving sales strategy, planning, and performance management
- 07Experience building something with AI (model, workflow, automated analysis)
- 08Expert-level modeling ability
- 09Strong executive presence and communication skills
- 10Experience with Salesforce, BI tools (e.g., Omni), SQL
- 11Ability to identify problems proactively and thrive in ambiguity
- 12A-player mindset with a bias for action, resilience, and ownership
Условия
- 01On-target Earnings/Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA) $192,000 — $260,000 USD
