Обязанности

01Partner closely with ASEAN Field Customer Engineers and Sales team to build bespoke architectures
02Deliver compelling product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) across Cloudflare’s portfolio (Developer, Security, Networking Platforms)
03Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the entire customer lifecycle
04Maintain a continuous, deep relationship with key stakeholders from initial onboarding through maturity, renewal, and expansion
05Leverage AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks such as RFP/Security Questionnaire responses, sandbox provisioning, and basic telemetry monitoring
06Carry a variable quota tied directly to regional revenue
07Be commercially accountable for ensuring deep platform adoption, retaining revenue, and identifying strategic cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
08Translate platform capabilities into return on investment for C-level executives

013 years or more of experience in a customer-facing technical Pre-Sales role, such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or as a Forward Deployed Engineer
02Demonstrated experience building tools with AI and a strong focus on using automation to solve technical and customer-facing challenges
03Foundational understanding of Web Technologies, Internet Security, Computer Networking
04Strong technical troubleshooting skills
05Willingness to work in a revenue-aligned environment
06Passionate about learning new technologies and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires navigating ambiguity
07Proven ability to proactively identify and diagnose complex issues, followed by developing sustainable, preventative solutions
08Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
09Capable of bridging the gap between deep technical implementation details and high-level C-suite business strategy
