13Collaborate with Engineering teams across Elastic to discuss and fulfill their Application Networking requirements

01Hands-on experience developing software in Golang with an emphasis on networking components that can scale
02Experience working with Kubernetes (Cilium, external-dns, Envoy Gateway & Crossplane)
03Knowledge with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their networking ecosystem
04Proficient in using AI tools to enhance code functionality and maintainability
05Facilitated knowledge-sharing initiatives that promoted best practices in application networking across teams
06Care about the quality of work shipped — testing, observability, and operability
07Curiosity about distributed systems and how services communicate at scale
08A collaborative approach: welcoming feedback, sharing context, learning from teammates
