Обязанности
- 01Build features and components for production services
- 02Take ownership of well-scoped pieces of larger projects, from requirements through production
- 03Propose technical solutions and bring them through to working code
- 04Pair with senior engineers on harder problems and ask clarifying questions early
- 05Participate in code reviews and design discussions
- 06Helps operate the services we own and take part in the on-call rotation
- 07Investigate incidents beyond the runbook and leave them better for the next person
- 08Automate repetitive work through code
- 09Communicate status and blockers early and often
Требования
- 01Hands-on experience writing services in Go, or strong proficiency in another systems language with motivation to ramp up on Go
- 02Working understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals (Pods, Deployments, Services, Operators)
- 03Familiarity with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- 04Curiosity about distributed systems and how services communicate at scale
- 05Comfort working through ambiguity with support from more experienced engineers
- 06A collaborative approach: welcoming feedback, sharing context, learning from teammates
- 07Clear written and verbal communication in a distributed, async-first setting
- 08Care about the quality of work shipped — testing, observability, and operability
