Обязанности

01Drive value and change with software development for GitLab platform
02Support and enable successful adoption of GitLab platform by SMB EMEA Customers
03Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing organizations
04Engage with customers in technical consultancy and advisor role during pre-sales process
05Formulate and execute sales strategy to exceed revenue targets
06Educate SMB customers on GitLab value proposition
07Guide technical evaluations via POC/POV ownership, RFP/audit support, and workshop design
08Build relationships with customer environments to create GitLab advocates
09Serve as customer advocate to other GitLab teams including Product Development, Sales, and Marketing
10Continuously improve professional skills with focus on personal mastery and team learning
11Maintain specialty competency in technologies related to GitLab's market focus

011-2+ years of experience engaging with customers in pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles
02Experience or eagerness to understand end-to-end software development lifecycle
03Knowledge of modern DevSecOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment workflows
04Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies
05Ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams
06Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept or proofs of value
07Ability to contribute to tenders or audits
08Ability to design and run workshops or value stream assessments
09Clear technical communication and presentation skills
10Ability to adapt messages for practitioners through senior business and technical decision makers
11Skill in building trusted relationships and listening with empathy
12Motivation to continuously develop professionally including learning new technologies
13German OR French language fluency
