Обязанности

01Set technical strategy for the team on a year-long time scale
02Lead software engineering for all cards in the EU
03Collaborate across teams in the product development lifecycle with product management, design & analytics
04Act as a force-multiplier for the team through definition and advocacy of technical solutions and operational processes
05Take ownership of the team’s operations and availability including monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, policies, testing and alerting
06Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting code review and design standards
07Help develop talent on the team by providing feedback and guidance
08Participate in an on-call rotation

018+ years of experience as a software engineer
02Proficient in designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale
03Proficient in developing front end applications
04Experience delivering major features, system components or deprecating existing functionality
05Ability to thrive in ambiguity and understand systems from low-level idioms to large-scale architecture
06Demonstrated growth and impact trajectory with mastery of gathering and iterating on feedback
07Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a global team
