Обязанности
- 01Setting technical strategy for the team on a year-long time scale
- 02Acting as the lead software engineer for all cards in the EU
- 03Collaborating across teams in the product development lifecycle with product management, design & analytics
- 04Defining and advocating technical solutions and operational processes
- 05Taking ownership of team operations and availability including monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, policies, testing and alerting
- 06Fostering a culture of quality and ownership by setting code review and design standards
- 07Helping develop talent on the team by providing feedback and guidance
Требования
- 018+ years of experience as a software engineer
- 02Proficient in designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale
- 03Proficient in developing front end applications
- 04Experience delivering major features, system components or deprecating existing functionality
- 05Ability to write high quality code that is easily understood and used by others
- 06Comfortable working in ambiguity from low level language idioms to architecture of large systems
- 07Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with global engineering team

- 01Base salary range: 365,000 zł - 485,000 zł per year
