01Own and deliver UX content for key monetization surfaces and flows at Roblox, from early exploration through launch
02Develop a deep understanding of user and developer needs, behaviors, and motivations to inform content design decisions across payment, purchase, and monetization experiences
03Bring a fresh perspective and deep industry knowledge to drive innovation in monetization design
04Collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers to ensure experiences are valuable, understandable, and easy to use
05Apply UX writing and content strategy to improve clarity, usability, and engagement across player, parent, and creator experiences
06Contribute to building and maintaining content guidelines, patterns, and frameworks that support consistency in voice and tone
07Communicate and document content decisions clearly, using empathy, logic, research insights, and data to inform recommendations
08Advocate for high-quality content design within your area of ownership
09Help improve team processes and collaboration by contributing to shared ways of working
10Identify and implement AI solutions to improve content quality and scale

01Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Product Design, User Experience Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
02Extensive experience (5+ years) in content design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for e-commerce, payments, or innovative consumer experiences
03Strong systems thinking and a track record of designing comprehensive and connected user experiences
04Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, e-commerce best practices, and monetization strategies
05Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional partners, including product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers
06A strong drive to deeply understand product goals from both a business and user perspective, fostering a culture of learning and iteration
07Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate content design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively
08A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence design direction
09A strong interest in the gaming industry, user-generated content platforms, and the creator economy
10Keen interest in user experience trends, fintech, and emerging technologies
11A self-motivated approach to continuously expand design skills and explore new tools and techniques, including a proven ability to incorporate AI into your workflow

01Annual Salary Range $159,250 — $193,240 USD
02Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday
03All full-time employees are eligible for equity compensation and benefits
