Обязанности
- 01Design, build, and ship features that define the discovery journey for millions of users
- 02Architect universal solutions for delivering high-performance features across a range of platforms and devices
- 03Influence core client-server orchestration and how code is deployed and rendered dynamically across the global Roblox ecosystem
- 04Drive UX improvements through rigorous A/B testing and deep-dive analysis of experiment results
- 05Collaborate with teams across Roblox to ensure a coherent user experience and scalable technical designs
Требования
- 018+ years of experience in software development
- 028+ years of experience with web or app technologies (React, Typescript, Javascript)
- 03Proven track record building and launching complex, consumer-facing features
- 04Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or other technical field is a plus
Условия
- 01Annual Salary Range $295,250 — $345,040 USD
- 02Roles based in San Mateo, CA headquarters are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday
- 03Eligible for equity compensation and benefits
