• 01Set technical strategy for the frontend surface on a year‑long time scale and help the team align it with critical, business‑impacting projects
• 02Collaborate across teams in the product development lifecycle with product management, design & analytics to ensure technical sustainability, risks and trade‑offs are well understood and managed
• 03Act as a force‑multiplier for the team by defining and advocating technical solutions and operational processes
• 04Take ownership of operations and availability by establishing monitoring, triage rotations, playbooks, testing and alerting to support “keep the lights on” and on‑call efforts
• 05Foster a culture of quality and ownership by setting code review and design standards and advocating them beyond the team through writing and tech talks
• 06Help develop talent on the team by providing feedback, guidance and leading by example
• 07Bring React and TypeScript expertise to work alongside product engineering teams
• 08Coordinate and implement broader product features from Figma or product requirements in high‑stakes critical projects
• 09Migrate and modernize web code implementation, design systems and architecture
• 10Build and/or reuse codemods, AI agent skills and tools to execute changes efficiently

Требования

• 018+ years of experience developing and architecting web applications using declarative UI frameworks such as React or Vue
• 02Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• 03Experience working across multiple teams and driving horizontal initiatives with demonstrated leadership
• 04Experience delivering major features, system components or deprecating existing functionality through definition of a technical and execution plan, writing high‑quality code that is easily understood and used by others
• 05Comfort thriving in ambiguity and moving from low‑level language idioms to large‑system architecture to understand how they work
• 06Demonstrated ability to gather and iterate on feedback from engineering and cross‑functional peers
• 07Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with a global engineering team
• 08Either equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 01Base pay range: CAD $181,000 – $241,000 per year
• 02Equity grade: 7
