Обязанности
- 01Set technical strategy for the team on a year-long time scale
- 02Collaborate across teams in the product development lifecycle
- 03Act as a force-multiplier through definition and advocacy of technical solutions
- 04Take ownership of team operations and availability including monitoring and on-call efforts
- 05Foster a culture of quality and ownership through code review and design standards
- 06Help develop talent on the team through feedback and guidance
Требования
- 018+ years of experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale
- 02Extensive track record of developing highly available distributed systems
- 03Experience developing consumer experiences using UI frameworks
- 042+ years of experience working in search or related recommendation engines
- 05Experience delivering major features or system components through technical execution plans
- 06Ability to thrive in ambiguity and understand systems from low-level to architecture
- 07Strong verbal and written communication skills

- 01Base pay range: CAD $181,000 - $241,000 per year
