- 01Set technical strategy for the team on a year-long time scale
- 02Collaborate across teams in the product development lifecycle
- 03Act as a force-multiplier for the team through definition and advocacy of technical solutions and operational processes
- 04Take ownership of the team's operations and availability
- 05Foster a culture of quality and ownership on the team
- 06Help develop talent on the team by providing feedback and guidance
Требования
- 018+ years of experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale
- 02Experience with languages like Python or Kotlin
- 03Extensive track record of developing highly available distributed systems
- 04Experience in financial systems, ledgering, treasury or adjacent domains where data accuracy and system reliability are critical
- 05Experience delivering major features, system components or deprecating existing functionality
- 06Comfortable moving from low level language idioms to the architecture of large systems
- 07Strong verbal and written communication skills

- 04CAN base pay range per year: $181,000 - $241,000
