• 01Be part of a team working collaboratively with UX, PM, QA and other engineers designing, building and maintaining high performance, flexible and highly scalable microservices, as well as development of web and mobile applications
• 02Define best practices and help choose technologies to evolve our current tech. stack while writing world-class applications
• 03Championing best practices such as quality integration and unit testing
• 04Tackle scaling challenges and implement robust solutions
• 05Provide design feedback and participate in code reviews to ensure implementations meet requirements
• 06Monitor feature rollouts to ensure customer success, iterating and improving when necessary
• 07Design, build, deploy, and maintain highly resilient and scalable systems critical to our customers’ success
• 08Diagnose performance bottlenecks and optimise for better performance
• 09Ensure that all work done is delivered with quality and is appropriately monitored and supported in production
• 10Mentoring other team members

Требования

• 01Proficient in Java, Kotlin or another object-oriented language, with a deep understanding of testing, quality & best practices
• 02In-depth understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise messaging
• 03Familiar with asynchronous communication tools (e.g., Pulsar, JMS, Kafka)
• 04Proven track record of delivering reliable services to production
• 05Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• 06A passion for technology and continuous learning
• 07Prior experience making an impact on a previous project, product or within an organization
• 08Enthusiasm for solving impactful challenges and writing clean, scalable code
• 09A focus on both personal and team growth, balancing task completion with platform stability
• 10The capacity to tackle complex and ambiguous problems, communicate clearly with others to solve the problem, and share knowledge to help the whole team succeed
• 11Experience working in the IAM space
• 12Exposure to distributed systems is a plus
• 13Experience working in a team with Agile/Scrum methodology
