• 01Own financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for the GTM org
• 02Build and maintain financial models across revenue, S&M spend, headcount, and strategic bets
• 03Analyze the metrics that define a usage-based business – ARR, gross margin, consumption trends, retention, and GTM efficiency
• 04Partner with GTM leaders to set targets, evaluate growth initiatives, shape pricing, and design sales compensation
• 05Help prepare board materials, investor updates, and fundraising analyses
• 06Improve financial reporting, dashboards, and operational rigor so our infrastructure scales as fast as our revenue
• 07Work cross-functionally to turn ambiguous business questions into actionable insights

Требования

• 013 to 7 years of experience in strategic finance at a high-growth company, PE/VC investing, and/or investment banking
• 02Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
• 03Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations for executives
• 04Comfortable operating as a generalist in a fast-moving environment
• 05Strong attention to detail with a bias toward ownership and execution
• 06Excellent communication and presentation skills
• 07High intellectual curiosity and interest in AI / infrastructure / developer tooling
• 08Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus
