Обязанности

01Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing engineering team
02Stay hands-on: write and ship code on high-leverage projects
03Review your team's pull requests and lead design reviews
04Own the technical direction for the deals and offers surface
05Partner closely with Product, Design, and Analytics to grow deal attach, claim, and redemption
06Establish a sense of urgency and direction, set clear team objectives
07Drive architecture and technical decisions that keep the deals platform reliable
08Manage partner and merchant integrations
09Ensure quality, performance, and operational health
10Contribute to broader SSI and Chime engineering initiatives

012+ years of people management experience, including hiring and developing engineers
02Current, hands-on coding ability and the desire to stay technical
03Fluency with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor
04A strong technical foundation and the ability to guide architecture
05Experience shipping consumer product features and running experimentation
06Experience with service-oriented architectures and building or owning backend platforms at scale
07Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
08Experience integrating with third-party partners or vendors is a plus
09Deep empathy for engineers and a genuine interest in how to make teams and people thrive
10The ability to motivate a team through delivery on aggressive schedules and goals

01Base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $199,000.00 and up to $275,000.00
02Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits
03The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience
