Senior Manager, M&A Integration & Strategic Programs

01Drive the development of program and integration strategy, providing thought leadership on broader organizational projects
02Drive the end-to-end deal integration process for acquired companies, high-complexity programs and/or key workstreams by developing detailed plans, tracking milestones, and proactively addressing challenges
03Coordinate and direct the activities of cross-functional teams, ensuring operational readiness and alignment across the organization
04Manage top executive stakeholders, maintaining excellence across program meetings and recurring syncs
05Monitor program status and rapidly identify issues/risks
06Succinctly communicate issues to relevant stakeholders and proactively collaborate to ensure timely resolution
07Update team playbooks and best practices based on documented learnings and specialized expertise
08Deep fluency in leveraging AI tools and automation on a daily basis to optimize workflows, accelerate program delivery, and drive maximum operational efficiency

018-12+ years of experience in strategy/management consulting, business operations, corporate development, or related roles
02Demonstrated experience supporting M&A integration or complex cross-functional initiatives
03Exceptional written and oral communication and collaboration skills across all levels of an organization
04Able to convey complex ideas in a strategic and concise fashion
05Track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders
06Ability to quickly grasp new concepts across a wide variety of technologies and domains
07Experience using AI tools or automation to streamline operational processes
08Bachelor's degree required
