- 01Structure and drive large-scale, continuous, or time-bound initiatives by clarifying priorities, enabling execution of deliverables, and defining program process flows
- 02Lead the execution of multi-team technical programs, ensuring alignment across cross-functional groups and delivering results against shared multi-quarter objectives
- 03Extensively navigate interdependencies affecting complex programs, including product/engineering alignment and change management
- 04Take a hands-on, proactive approach to manage dependencies, unblock progress, define timelines, and provide workflow solutions
- 05Anticipate and mitigate risks by maintaining close involvement with team goals and challenges, applying past experience to the 'big picture'
- 06Provide structured communication and updates to senior leadership on status, risks, and delivery progress
- 07Drive effective teamwork and commitment across disparate groups with competing priorities and high ambiguity
- 08Build and maintain alignment across multiple teams to keep a focus on execution and operational excellence
- 09Coach and mentor others inside and outside of your project teams, guiding them on methods and procedures for complex assignments
- 10Collaborate with and influence senior leadership in situations without direct authority
Требования
- 015+ years experience as a Technical Program Manager
- 02Has successfully led cross-organizational programs of moderate-to-high complexity across multiple teams and product/technical areas
- 03Proven track record driving programs through full planning and execution cycles
- 04Actively manages scope changes, replans, and business pivots while maintaining team progress and stakeholder alignment
- 05Proactively manages dependencies, defines timelines, identifies risks, and implements process improvements to optimize efficiency and velocity
- 06Regularly assesses risk and scope change to highlight potential issues early
- 07Engages management and leadership to mitigate or plan contingencies
- 08Escalates with recommendations and communicates program status clearly to management layers
- 09Effectively leads via influence to drive results, remove blockers, and build commitment across teams without direct authority
- 10Coaches and mentors junior TPMs and team members
- 11Broad systemic understanding of organizational and technical disciplines
- 12Can articulate how programs align with broader organizational strategy
- 13Leverages domain knowledge to facilitate discussions and drive resolution of technical obstacles
- 14Strong written and verbal communication
- 15Regularly presents to team and management; beginning to present to executive leadership
- 16Proactively drives clarity, bridges gaps, and escalates with recommendations when needed
- 17Has partnered with cross-discipline counterparts (engineers, PMs, designers, QA, architects) across multiple teams to deliver programs
- 18Building relationships with senior leaders (directors, VPs) in Engineering, Product, and adjacent functions

- 01Annual base salary range for candidates located in Canada is between: $108,000 — $148,500 CAD
