Обязанности
- 01Structure, kick-off, and run continuous and/or time-bound engineering initiatives within and beyond the Engineering organization
- 02Project manage initiatives within and beyond Engineering, across multiple teams
- 03Champion the adoption of agile best practices
- 04Build and maintain alignment across multiple teams for keeping a focus on execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
- 05Lead the introduction of new processes / workflows by bringing proposed solutions to the teams and rolling them out in an iterative manner
- 06Anticipate and mitigate risks
- 07Provide clear and crisp transparency to the status and progress of Federal initiatives
Требования
- 01US Person Status (e.g. a U.S. Citizen, National, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee)
- 02Self-starter; able to work well in an ambiguous and constantly changing, fast paced environment
- 03Strong leadership skills; able to successfully influence without authority
- 04Experience leading and driving complex cross-functional initiatives independently with minimal supervision
- 05Minimum 7 years of hand-on technical project management experience in a SaaS product development environment
- 06Experience with delivering FedRAMP, IL, or other compliance or security initiatives within Engineering organizations preferred
- 07Strong leadership skills; able to successfully influence and build close relationships
- 08Strong technical aptitude/affinity; experience working directly with software, test and/or system engineers
- 09Excellent verbal and written communication; experience effectively communicating and presenting to teams located across different locations and people ranging from individual team members to C-level executives
Условия
- 01Annual base salary range for San Francisco Bay Area: $209,000 — $287,000 USD
- 02Annual base salary range for California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington: $186,000 — $256,000 USD
