Обязанности

01Advise payroll, equity, HR, and accounting teams on legislative changes
02Validate existing and new positions
03Develop global payroll tax policy
04Lead all payroll tax audits and inquiries from revenue authorities
05Review payroll tax calculations and document technical positions
06Identify opportunities for refunds or de-risk global payroll tax positions
07Assist in M&A integration for payroll tax positions
08Validate equity withholding and assist with shareholder transaction planning
09Assist with global payroll tax communications and employee inquiries
10Assist other tax team members with payroll tax matters impacting direct and indirect taxes
11Partner with equity administration team on equity tax reporting in payroll tax filings
12Respond to information requests for audits and remediate exposures
13Assist with global payroll tax policy and implementation
14Reconcile payroll tax accounts and investigate variances
15Maintain comprehensive documentation for compliance and audit
16Collaborate with HR, Finance, Accounting, Equity, Legal, and Benefits on cross-functional initiatives
17Participate in M&A due diligence and integration
18Partner with Finance Data Team to re-imagine payroll tax reporting process

01Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
025+ years of payroll tax experience
03Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
04Knowledge of international payroll tax regulations
05Knowledge of equity compensation tax matters
06Experience with payroll systems and tax filing platforms (SAP, Netsuite, Workday preferred)
07Experience leveraging automation tools or AI at work
08Experience with payroll tax audits and negotiating with revenue authorities
09Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
