Обязанности
- 01Proactively and independently identifying high impact questions from a product or business perspective
- 02Answering those questions with a strong command of qualitative and quantitative methods, using the right methods at the right time and triangulating data
- 03Planning and leading research end to end, including strategic, foundational, iterative, and evaluative research
- 04Representing the voice of the customer throughout the product development process, working closely with PMs, designers, engineers, Data Science, and leadership
- 05Translating research into clear recommendations that influence product strategy, prioritization, and execution
- 06Communicating insights through compelling and memorable storytelling for research and non research audiences
- 07Connecting findings across Brokerage to build a broader, data driven understanding of current and potential customers
- 08Using AI enabled tools to increase the speed, reach, and impact of research
- 09Mentoring others and contributing to the development of research standards, methods, and practices
Требования
- 018+ years of qualitative, quantitative, product, or applied research experience, either in industry or through a combination of industry and academic research
- 02Background in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field
- 03Strong command of qualitative and quantitative methods, with the judgment to select the right approach for the question
- 04A record of applying research to create meaningful product and business impact
- 05Ability to independently bring structure to complex and ambiguous problems
- 06Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross functional teams
- 07Strong storytelling, organization, synthesis, and communication skills
- 08Comfort and willingness to use AI enabled tools and adapt as research workflows evolve
- 09Passion for investing and making finance accessible to all
- 10Strong work ethic and deep care for the research craft
