Обязанности
- 01Make every engineer more productive by eliminating repetitive workflows through AI agents
- 02Define and own the agent roadmap: what to automate, in what order, and how to measure success
- 03Build and lead a small, high-impact team of engineers
- 04Contribute hands-on to prototyping, coding, and unblocking technical challenges
- 05Establish evaluation frameworks for agent performance (golden tasks, regression sets, replay, LLM-as-judge)
- 06Partner closely with Infrastructure, Security, and DevX teams to integrate agents into core workflows
- 07Drive high engineering standards through design docs, RFCs, and strong execution
Требования
- 017+ years of software engineering experience
- 022+ years in engineering management
- 03Proven experience shipping production systems, including agentic or automation-heavy workflows
- 04Strong hands-on coding ability in Python, Go, or TypeScript
- 05Experience building systems that interact with APIs, tools, and external services (not just prompt-based interfaces)
- 06Demonstrated ability to define metrics and evaluate system performance rigorously
- 07Experience writing clear technical design documents and driving alignment
