Обязанности
- 01Build applied AI products and backend systems that directly impact pipeline, revenue, and the effectiveness of Verkada’s go-to-market teams
- 02Turn emerging AI capabilities into reliable product experiences, including agent workflows, tools, integrations, evaluation systems, and guardrails
- 03Work directly with Sales, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities and translate ambiguous problems into shippable software
- 04Design and operate APIs, services, workflows, and data pipelines that power lead management, attribution, automation, and other critical growth systems
- 05Own projects from prototype through production, balancing speed with reliability, security, observability, and maintainability
- 06Help shape the team’s technical direction and establish reusable patterns across applied AI and growth engineering
Требования
- 014 or more years of software engineering experience building production backend or full-stack systems
- 02Strong proficiency in Python or a similar backend language, with experience designing APIs, services, and data models
- 03A track record of independently owning ambiguous projects from problem definition through launch and iteration
- 04Strong product judgment and the ability to work effectively with non-technical users and stakeholders
- 05Experience building reliable systems that integrate with external APIs, internal platforms, or enterprise software
- 06Curiosity about applied AI and a willingness to learn quickly as models, tools, and product patterns evolve
- 07A track record of coaching other engineers, raising the team’s technical bar, and leading changes to engineering practices, architecture, or ways of working
