Обязанности
- 01Using tools and processes to convey project status and resolve blockages
- 02Understanding the technical implications of work across BGP, physical and virtual interconnect provisioning, and distributed control-plane services to influence scope and help unblock projects
- 03Taking responsibility for the team's production services by organizing on-call rotations, handling customer escalations, and overseeing incident response
- 04Driving reliability and automation improvements for the provisioning pipeline that turns customer orders into live BGP sessions
- 05Coordinating with Network Operations, Sales Engineering, and Partner teams on interconnect capacity planning and partner onboarding
Требования
- 013+ years experience as an Engineering Manager for a team of Software and Systems Engineers
- 02Demonstrate track record of managing a team including hiring, onboarding, and professional development
- 03Excel at planning and overseeing execution to meet commitments
- 04Technical background in IP networking: BGP, Layer 3 routing, physical and virtual interconnect technologies
- 05Experience building or operating provisioning/automation systems for network infrastructure
- 06Experience with monitoring, alerting, and debugging distributed systems
- 07Experience managing on-call rotation for production services
- 08Willingness to adopt AI tools and systems
- 09Clarity in written and verbal communication
