Обязанности
- 01Lead the team in building and operating secure and resilient distributed systems for secrets and key management across a global network
- 02Run and support the systems built, both operationally and by helping internal developers use them
- 03Organize and plan the team's long-term roadmap and day-to-day work
- 04Review and sign off on technical designs, project plans, and code to ensure quality, resilience, and security
- 05Participate in design and implementation, personally leading projects as needed
- 06Support the growth and career development of the team, delegating tasks as appropriate
- 07Handle or support people management responsibilities like performance management and compensation planning
Требования
- 01Team leadership/management experience
- 02Excellent verbal and written communication
- 03Software development and distributed systems design expertise
- 04Strong security background with a focus on implementation (not policy/compliance)
Условия
- 01Compensation varies by location: 190,000 - 237,000 USD for NYC, Washington D.C., Seattle; 170,000 - 212,000 USD for Colorado; 150,000 - 187,000 CAD for Toronto
- 02Eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan
