Обязанности
- 01Build & implement automation workflows that leverage AI and incorporate human approvals
- 02Prepare and monitor the global daily cash position across all entities
- 03Participate in the implementation of a Treasury Management System to manage cash positioning, direct cash forecasting, bank account management, bank fee analysis, and more
- 04Lead the opening and closing of bank accounts to support the corporate, brokerage, and futures businesses, and serve as the primary backup for crypto
- 05Support the maintenance of bank KYC requirements
- 06Lead U.S. cash management and wire settlements, including wire transfers, internal settlements, borrowings, repayments, capital markets transaction settlements, and investments
- 07Identify and implement cash optimization strategies
- 08Take primary responsibility for banking portal management
- 09Backup responsibility for 13-week direct cash flow forecast , including variance tracking and scenario modeling
- 10Backup responsibility for the bank account database, which is the single source of truth of global bank account balances
- 11Ensure strict adherence to all SOX controls while delivering on daily, quarterly, and annual audit requests
- 12Support the creation and maintenance of policies and procedures
- 13Participant in the maintenance of treasury management banking relationships
- 14Provide periodic on-call support to monitor internal funding alerts and SEVs
Требования
- 015+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, preferably within a publicly traded global financial services company
- 02Experience in implementing automation using AI tools
- 03Experience in managing a Direct Cash Flow Forecast
- 04Significant experience in Treasury Operations with a strong understanding of key management controls and processes
- 05Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Superset
- 06Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and apply creative, curious problem-solving to complex financial operations
- 07Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering or a related field (MBA or CTP designation preferred)

- 08Base Pay Range: Zone 1 $102,000 — $120,000 USD, Zone 2 $99,000 — $106,000 USD, Zone 3 $80,000 — $94,000 USD
