Обязанности
- 01Serve as the primary point of contact for banking partners
- 02Manage and grow company's banking relationships including account structures, opening, closing, and signer updates
- 03Serve as primary point of contact for investment managers
- 04Govern investment portfolio strategy and execution
- 05Track cash positions at all subsidiaries
- 06Manage cash flow and account balances
- 07Maintain rolling forecasts to support operational and strategic decision-making
- 08Partner with FP&A on liquidity planning
- 09Monitor and optimize company's working capital position
- 10Execute domestic and international wire transfers accurately and on time
- 11Maintain strong internal controls and documentation for SOX compliance
- 12Support administration and execution of share repurchase program
- 13Support evaluation, negotiation, and management of debt financing or line of credit needs
- 14Prepare regular treasury reports including SEC reporting disclosures
- 15Contribute to strategic finance initiatives, M&A diligence, and systems implementations
Требования
- 016–10 years of treasury experience
- 02Experience at a publicly traded company
- 03Experience with cash management
- 04Investment portfolio oversight experience
- 05Banking relationship management experience
- 06Strong understanding of SOX controls and internal control frameworks
- 07Experience with cash flow modeling and forecasting
- 08Comfort working closely with accounting and FP&A
- 09High attention to detail
- 10Strong organizational skills
- 11Comfort owning processes end-to-end

- 03National salary range: $156,000 - $195,000
- 04Premium salary range: $165,500 - $206,900
