Обязанности
- 01Playing a key role in our recurring FP&A processes, including forecasting, monthly analyses, budgeting, financial system oversight, and management reporting
- 02Synthesizing / distilling key financial and business insights for leadership - analyzing results, business KPIs, assessing risk, and communicating timely risks & opportunities
- 03Developing and executing on company-wide annual planning processes, financial forecasts, and ongoing analysis of variances
- 04Identifying and implementing process improvements and cost efficiency measures across the company
- 05Being a thought leader to improve and simplify processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions to support the next wave of Robinhood’s growth
- 06Designing and building the financial infrastructure to automate and support our business and operations
Требования
- 01A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study
- 021-3 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, finance or management consulting
- 03Ability to work horizontally and vertically in an organization with peers as well as senior leaders
- 04Strong verbal and written communication skills, logical reasoning, and the presentation of potential solutions
- 05Excellent analytical skills and the business judgment to balance the details while not losing sight of the big picture, and an ability to determine the “why” behind the numbers
- 06Excellent proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and interest in developing sophisticated querying / modeling skills
- 07Proven track record to managing priorities simultaneously and driving projects
- 08Experience in applying financial systems for data input and reporting, and the ability to build and maintain relevant reporting hierarchies for use within the system
- 09A positive attitude; you are creative, a hard worker, curious, and maintain a can-do approach
- 10Familiarity with analytical tools (SQL, Looker) and financial reporting software (Oracle, Anaplan)

- 09Base Pay Range: Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC) $89,000 — $105,000 USD
- 10Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL) $78,000 — $92,000 USD
- 11Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) $70,000 — $82,000 USD
