Обязанности

  • 01Analyze enrollment and application data to identify opportunities to reduce synthetic identity and ID theft losses, with minimal impact to legitimate applicants
  • 02Support the design, testing, and monitoring of new account risk policies and decision rules, partnering with Product and Engineering to ship improvements
  • 03Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track Funnel Enrollment Rate, fraud loss, and approval/false-positive rates against team goals
  • 04Monitor the performance of third-party vendor models and risk signals used at enrollment, flagging anomalies and trends to senior team members
  • 05Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to fulfill ad-hoc analysis requests as needed

Требования

  • 013+ years of experience in a Fraud, Risk, Compliance, or Investigations role, ideally with exposure to new account enrollment, identity fraud, or KYC/CIP
  • 02Working knowledge of identity fraud domains such as synthetic identity and identity theft, and an interest in the threat landscape that targets enrollment funnels
  • 03Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Python, R, or a similar analytical language preferred
  • 04Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Hex, or equivalent
  • 05Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • 06Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Glean, Claude) to accelerate day-to-day analysis
  • 07Exceptional detail-orientation and organizational skills; you’re eager to solve challenging analytical problems for our members
  • 08The drive to work in a fast-paced environment and meet ambitious deadlines while ensuring flawless completion
  • 09Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively rigorous discipline like engineering, statistics, math, or economics is preferred

  • 01Base salary range: $133,000.00 to $185,000.00
