Обязанности
- 01Build Enterprise-grade AI Agents by partnering directly with engineers and customers to ship AI agents handling thousands of customer conversations daily
- 02Engage with all levels of customers’ businesses to discover and assess requirements, prepare and present demonstrations, address technical challenges, and develop virtual agents to fit customer needs
- 03Become a trusted advisor and drive strategic technical strategies for customers
- 04Shape the product roadmap by working with engineering and product development teams to scope and implement new features essential to customer success
Требования
- 015-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products
- 02Past experience in Product Management or similar product development roles at or above Senior Product Manager level
- 03Experience crafting and tailoring messages for potential customers, including executives
- 04Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences, including recent AI developments
- 05Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience
