Обязанности
- 01Build Enterprise-grade AI Agents by partnering directly with engineers and customers to ship AI agents handling thousands of customer conversations daily
- 02Engage with all levels of customers' businesses to discover and assess requirements
- 03Prepare and present demonstrations of Sierra's agent
- 04Address and overcome technical challenges in business processes by working with technical counterparts
- 05Develop and improve Sierra virtual agents to fit and anticipate customers' needs and business processes
- 06Become trusted advisors and drive strategic technical strategies for customers
- 07Shape the product roadmap by working with engineering and product development teams to scope and implement new features
Требования
- 015-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products
- 02Past experience in Product Management or similar product development roles at or above Senior Product Manager level
- 03Experience crafting and tailoring messages for potential customers including executives
- 04Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technically proficient audiences including recent AI developments
- 05Degree in technical or related field or equivalent professional experience
- 06Strong English and Japanese communication skills
