- 01Bring Enterprise-grade AI Agents to the World
- 02Solve for the Customer across multiple stakeholders
- 03Innovate by discovering new tools and processes for building agents
- 04Collaborate with engineering, design, leadership, and the entire company
- 05Advise customers in partnership with sales, go-to-market, and forward-deployed teams
- 06Lead the product through all stages from concept to execution
Требования
- 01Extensive experience in product management
- 02Track record of leading products from ideation through launch and iteration
- 03Comfort working deeply with engineering on technical systems and tradeoffs
- 04Experience building or shipping developer-facing or highly technical products
- 05Ability to engage credibly in architectural and implementation discussions
- 06Passion for deeply understanding user needs
- 07Ability to operate in high ambiguity and drive new 0→1 product bets
- 08Proven ability to partner closely with engineering, design, customers, and leadership
- 09Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 10Ability to explain complex technical and product concepts
- 11Embodies company values and contributes positively to culture
- 12Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
