Обязанности
- 01Build and own the systems, data, and processes that power the employee lifecycle
- 02Own HRIS: configuration, data integrity, integrations, and reporting
- 03Design lean, AI powered and well-documented processes for onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding
- 04Build the reporting layer that gives leaders accurate, real-time answers on headcount, cost, and workforce trends
- 05Evaluate and implement case management tooling
- 06Clean up data models
- 07Use AI to automate manual HR work
Требования
- 01Deep hands-on experience building and scaling an AI powered global People Operations team and processes across multiple countries and jurisdictions
- 02HRIS and case management tool experience (e.g. Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, ServiceNow) including configuration, integrations, and data governance
- 03Experience in partnering with Deel who acts as our EOR provider
- 04Strong analytical skills - comfortable turning messy people data into reliable reporting and insight
- 05Experience identifying and implementing process or tooling improvements, including applying AI to reduce manual People Operations work
- 06Sound judgment on data privacy, employment compliance, and payroll governance across global jurisdictions
