Обязанности
- 01Help lead the development of Toast's multi-year enterprise data strategy
- 02Assess current data management maturity using a recognized framework
- 03Collaborate with EDS and domain teams to build and maintain organizational buy-in
- 04Design and implement Toast's enterprise data governance framework
- 05Establish and operationalize the Data Governance Council
- 06Define and maintain the Data Domain Model
- 07Build and launch Toast's Business Glossary
- 08Develop, codify, and enforce enterprise data policies
- 09Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure data policies align with regulatory obligations
- 10Establish a compliance monitoring and reporting framework
- 11Design and run periodic data governance assessments across business domains
- 12Build enablement programs and training to elevate data literacy and governance awareness
- 13Lead change management for governance initiatives
- 14Lead, develop, and grow the governance team
- 15Foster a culture of data accountability
- 16Serve as a thought leader for data governance best practices
Требования
- 0110+ years in data management, data governance, data strategy, or a closely related field
- 024+ years in a leadership role
- 03Proven experience building and operationalizing enterprise data governance frameworks
- 04Track record developing enterprise data strategies that have been adopted and executed across large, complex organizations
- 05Experience conducting data maturity assessments and driving measurable improvement across business domains
- 06Deep familiarity with data governance frameworks and standards
- 07Understanding of modern data platforms and architectures
- 08Hands-on experience with data catalog and metadata management tools
- 09Familiarity with data privacy and compliance regulations
- 10Experience with data quality frameworks and observability tooling
- 11Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- 12Strong program management skills
- 13Ability to translate abstract governance concepts into practical frameworks
- 14High credibility with both technical teams and business functions
