Обязанности
- 01Own Partner Program strategy and structure across all partner categories
- 02Own and evolve the overall architecture of the MongoDB Partner Program including tiering, entitlements, and benefits
- 03Ensure program structure stays aligned to MongoDB's broader GTM strategy
- 04Own partner certification pathways (e.g., SI Associate and SI Architect certifications)
- 05Design and govern incentives including MDF, SPIFs, rebates, and co-sell incentives
- 06Partner with Sales Plays & Offerings lead to evaluate and structure incentives
- 07Track incentive ROI and make decisions on program scaling or sunsetting
- 08Manage a team of Partner Program Managers
- 09Own the end-to-end partner journey at the program level: onboarding, tiering/qualification, certification, renewal, and escalation resolution
- 10Partner with Enablement to ensure certification and program content stays current
- 11Work closely with Business Product Manager, PRM to ensure program rules are accurately reflected in the PRM platform
- 12Partner with Digital Process & AI Operations to automate program administration
- 13Define and own program-level KPIs: partner activation, tier distribution, certification completion, program-driven pipeline and revenue
- 14Deliver regular program health reporting and business reviews to executive stakeholders
Требования
- 0110+ years of experience in partner/channel programs, alliances, or partner marketing at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure/data company
- 02At least 3+ years managing a team
- 03Track record of owning a multi-tier partner program end to end across multiple partner types
- 04Deep experience designing and governing partner incentive programs (MDF, SPIFs, rebates) with clear ROI discipline
- 05Experience with cloud marketplace partner programs (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- 06Strong cross-functional leadership skills
- 07Familiarity with PRM platforms (Salesforce PRM, Impartner, Workspan, or similar)
- 08Executive presence and experience presenting to senior leadership
- 09Strong people-management skills
