Director, Business Product Manager - PRM

Обязанности
- 01Own the vision and strategy for the PRM platform
- 02Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap
- 03Stay current on PRM market direction to inform build-vs-buy decisions
- 04Run structured discovery with stakeholders to surface needs and translate them into requirements
- 05Author business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
- 06Maintain and groom the product backlog
- 07Act as the primary business-side liaison to Engineering/IT and vendors
- 08Partner with the Digital Process & AI Operations lead to align on PRM capabilities
- 09Lead or participate in UAT cycles to confirm functionality meets requirements
- 10Drive change management and adoption for new PRM capabilities
- 11Define and track adoption and health metrics for the PRM platform
- 12Report platform performance and roadmap progress to leadership
Требования
- 018+ years of experience in product management, business systems, or business analysis roles
- 02Direct exposure to PRM, CRM, or other partner/channel technology platforms at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure/data company
- 03Deep working knowledge of how a PRM platform functions
- 04A track record of authoring clear BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- 05Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- 06Executive presence and communication skills
- 07Experience running or participating in UAT, change management, and adoption efforts for enterprise platform rollouts
- 08Comfortable operating as a strategic business owner with technical fluency
