• 01Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for your pod's systems and processes—from gathering requirements and designing solutions through testing, delivery, and adoption
• 02Serve as the Workday subject matter expert for your domain, advising stakeholders on configuration best practices, optimization opportunities, and governance
• 03Assess when Workday is the right tool and when a specialized third-party platform better serves the business
• 04Understand integration concepts well enough to make informed build-vs-buy decisions and clearly define requirements for our integrations team
• 05Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to surface the right data to the right people at the right time
• 06Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Business Operations, and global People teams to align on requirements, recommend solutions, and drive delivery
• 07Identify and drive AI and automation opportunities within your domain—reducing manual work and increasing the intelligence of your systems
• 08Manage testing and quality assurance, including regression testing for system updates, new configurations, and third-party changes
• 09Create and maintain system documentation, change management materials, and training resources that drive adoption across the People team and the broader organization
• 10Manage projects independently—scoping, communicating, and delivering with sound judgment about when to escalate

Требования

• 017+ years of hands-on HRIS experience with deep Workday knowledge across one or more functional areas
• 02Workday Pro certification is a plus
• 03A systems thinker who evaluates the full People tech ecosystem
• 04Technically fluent enough to understand integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts
• 05Skilled at translating ambiguous business problems into clear, scalable HRIS solutions
• 06Experienced in end-to-end Workday implementation and enhancement work, including project management, stakeholder communication, and change management
• 07Knowledgeable in Workday security model design and configuration
• 08Curious about AI, automation, and emerging HR technology
• 09Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment, adapting when requirements shift, and escalating with good judgment
