- 01Lead a multi-team engineering organization responsible for alerting, event management, monitor creation experiences, and autonomous detection capabilities.
- 02Define and execute the technical and organizational strategy for the Detection Platform while aligning stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Design, and Applied Science.
- 03Drive innovation in AI-powered detection, anomaly identification, and signal generation that helps customers proactively identify and resolve issues.
- 04Scale highly available platform systems that process hundreds of millions of evaluations while maintaining reliability, performance, and operational excellence.
- 05Develop and mentor engineering managers and technical leaders, fostering a culture of execution, collaboration, and technical rigor.
- 06Champion customer-centric product thinking by balancing platform investments with intuitive user experiences and measurable customer outcomes.
Требования
- 01You have significant experience leading engineering organizations that build large-scale platforms, infrastructure, observability, monitoring, or developer-facing products.
- 02You combine deep technical expertise with strong product instincts and can make architectural decisions while understanding customer needs and business impact.
- 03You have experience leading leaders and managing engineering managers across multiple teams and domains.
- 04You have a track record of defining long-term technical vision, building organizational alignment, and delivering complex initiatives through execution.
- 05You have experience working with machine learning, AI-enabled products, intelligent automation, or large-scale detection systems, either directly or through close partnership with specialized teams.
- 06You are an effective communicator who can inspire teams, influence senior stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity while driving measurable outcomes.
